Watch With just Ten Ringgit, I could fill my hunger with a bowl of Buttermilk rice and my wife could eat Spicy Korean rice. So quick, an estimate of 1,531 premises have implemented the Menu Rahmah initiative, and more will come. Salahuddin said Menu Rahmah is the government's latest initiative for anyone in need to get a meal at a price of RM5 and below. Menu Rahmah is a crowd-puller business model to attract customers to their premises. Never a Menu Rahmah has been introduced to help the needy since Malaysia achieved independence.
