​ Sebelum Perang Dunia ke-2, enam rumah kedai di Jalan Tokong menempatkan enam keluarga. Selepas Penghakiman Jepun pada tahun 1945, keluarga-keluarga ini berpindah, dan rumah kedai tersebut diubah menjadi rumah baru untuk satu keluarga besar. Pada abad ke-21, dengan bangganya Liu Men berdiri sebagai projek warisan yang dipulihkan, menggabungkan elemen kolonial, warisan, seni dekorasi, dan reka bentuk Peranakan. la melambangkan keharmonian budaya antara Timur dan Barat, dengan warna dan bentuk yang saling melengkapi, mewakili kegembiraan.

MISSION MACMA exist to be the bridge between the Chinese and the Muslim communities in Malaysia by : • Empowering the Chinese Muslim community ; • Sharing the universal message of Islam to the wider Chinese community; and • Addressing any arising cultural - religion misconceptions The objectives of MACMA are : - To propagate the knowledge and teachings of Islam - To implement and coordinate daqwah activities - To establish a Malaysian Chinese Muslim community  - To strength

​ THE RUINS OF ST LAWRENCE'S CHAPEL These remnants of building structure were identified as the ruins of Rosary Chapel or 'Capela Ermida de Rosario' which was built in the year 1700. This Catholic Chapel was built as a subsitute to the Saint Lorenzo or Saint Lawrence's Chapel is an epitome of Portuguese Chapel that were built outside the Malacca Fort (Forteleza de Malacca). Apart of chapels, the Portuguese have also built convents, strongholds as well as residential buildings outside the city walls. These buildings were built in Bukit China, Bukit Pipi (Bukit Senjuang or Saint John's Hills) as well as within the proximity of docking yards along the River of Malacca, such as this particular site. The dimension or design of this chapel is believed to have been simillar to Sacred Heart Chapel in Tranquera or Tengkera, and this Sacred Heart Chapel has also been evacuated.
