Freshly-cooked chickens are prepared in small batches throughout the day by their well-trained cooks. The raw chicken pieces are hand-battered and breaded using a special batter mix.

RIGHT TEMPERATURE, RIGHT TASTE

To ensure that Texas chickens are prepared to perfection and served hot, they are cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 185 degrees Fahrenheit and are kept for no longer than 45 minutes at a minimum temperature of 145°F.

THE RUINS OF ST LAWRENCE'S CHAPEL These remnants of building structure were identified as the ruins of Rosary Chapel or 'Capela Ermida de Rosario' which was built in the year 1700.
